I like the watch. It has the day of the week and date. It is an automatic watch so there is no battery to run low or worry about replacing; it is good looking. I looked at the back of mine which says Malaysia, and the previous reviewer was bothered by that. It may be that I do not understand the significance of a Malaysia vs Japan manufacturing. I have had the watch about a year and would recommend it.

The description of this watch says it has a Japanese movement and a screw down crown. When I received the watch I discovered the caliber 7s36B movement was clearly stamped Malaysia, visible through the clear back, and the crown is not designed to screw down. I would return it, but I am in Iraq and it is too much of a hassle. Amazon should bring their advertising in line with what the real product is.
